the bittersweet symphony of life

After only a couple of trainings (read: 2), the day finally came where we needed to brave through Putrajaya’s Night Marathon.

Vomit. Diarrhea. Abdomen pain. Lol. After god-knows-how-many-years-of-not-exercising, the bf experienced a gastric-like symptoms for a whole week, just a week or so before the actual thing.

Introducing a new face in my blog. My colleague, Mior who just has the habit of wearing shirts the other way round.

My marathon kaki, Vern hard at work. It has been almost a year since Vern and I went for our first marathon. Degraded from 10km to 7.7km this year. She’s feeling rather pumped up to beat KY in this due to his exercising-after-effects.

We only had bananas and cookies for dinner since the race was scheduled at 9pm.

Luckily parking spaces were aplenty to accommodate the huge amount of people present.

Also present were the usual marathon people like Yenson, Mao, Quek and the rest. Siao lang, Yenson participated in the full marathon (42 km) run.

Before the start of marathon, we found out Vern’s unique style of swimathon (inside joke) which made us go hysterical. A very good warm-up indeed.

When the gunshot sound was heard, we spent a couple of minutes WALKING to the starting line due to the swarm of kiasu people ahead of us.

KY, who never once stopped jogging during the whole run had to follow my pathetic pace which involved a lot of walking towards the end. Yea, so imagine how slowly he needed to jog to ‘catch-up’ with me, walking. But this has also made me cut short all my walking duration due to guilt. So, hand in hand, we made it passed the finishing line in 1 hour 5 minutes woots! Got cert no medal though.

Vern definitely did not put any emonemo songs into her playlist as she managed to reach not long after, beating QUEK WEE SIONG!!! Oh gosh. I’m so proud for the both of us lol.

Followed by Mior who beat us during the training. Hardeeharhar.

KY with his snack.

RM10 fee. Two drink stations. Free flow of 100 Plus and Milo. Snack. Two fingers up!

Vern’s fav…cause she looks the thinnest here.

Oh did I tell you it’s my first time going to Putrajaya? Imma visit it again some other day because it’s so beautiful!!! Took a couple of pictures before making many many rounds trying to get out of that place.

… just because it has been awhile since I last did one 🙂

So, this morning, after knowing that Mior actually ran 10km, I quickly gathered my gears and head straight to the gym’s treadmill, in preparation for Putrajaya’s Night Marathon happening on the 6th of February. Kiasu-ism kicks the fat ass.

The last time I actually ran was last April.  Totally died after only 4km. It’s ok. I still have time!

Then, the day continued with loads of Chinese New Year cookies! 7 people, 3 different types of cookies, 2 ovens and whole lots of fun all put in together.

Do you not feel the mood yo? 3 more weeks to my fav ❤ festival of the year!

Later on, went to visit the sick bf who has had diarrhea and vomiting after meals for a week already.

He is so gonna see a doctor tomorrow, by hook or by crook.

Lastly, shopped for one hour at Pyramid with the family.

Today is a happy day. Lawlmover geddit geddit!
Sometimes I miss the lameness in life 🙂

A couple of weeks back, Vern Li, Keiron and I went to try out 2 classes at Wisma Consplant, with one of them being a dance class. The excitement in me died when I found out that we were going to do a lyrical hip-hop number.

Like NOOOOOOOOO~!

It’s gonna have fast quick moves where loads of attention will be needed on those small tiny details. Timing needs to be precise but most of the time, I struggle to catch the beat cause it’s very irregular so you can’t really base on counting…kinda need to ‘feel’ them instead.

Anyway it was a super hard class.

Nevertheless, it’s still one of my favourite dance genre to watch 😀

And my all-time favourite (I’ve posted this before so yea layan again k)

Currently suffering from ODD (Obsessive David Disorder). The entire day was spent refreshing websites, switching between radio stations and handling 5 phones at a time.

HAHAHAHAHA. While typing this, I was actually calling Era FM cause they were giving out tickets to Konsert Akademi Fantasia. The dj picked up my call, asked for my name and location BUT to inform me that someone else has won it. Sweat! Maybe if my name was Siti or Nurul, it’ll be another story. Nevertheless, I still love you era.fm and am not angry whatsoever cause I don’t really care whether I win them or not. Just give me the tickets to David Archuleta’s showcase pretty please!
Random info: Era has at least 5 open phone lines.

Also, remember that Johor thingamajig I was blogging about before this? Ok, before I go to that, I want to talk about gym first. But before gym, I have to blog about the main purpose of this post; my first ever marathon.

Technically, it’s only a long-distance foot race cause a marathon requires you to run 42.195 km. I google that up. You think I know all these meh?
Google map is currently my bff by the way. Harvard Suasana Hotel is 55.7 km and 50 minutes away from Bukit Mertajam (will explain this later).

And so, last Sunday I was awaken by VernLi who called even before my alarm clock went off and together we head down (up?) to Cheras to meet up with KC and WengPhoon.

A car turn turtle on the other side of the road while we were on Federal Highway. So scarifying!

Photobucket
My gps was being a doink that morning cause ‘he’ kept leading us to dead ends. We ended up cutting through the padang to get to the other side of the road.

While waiting for rescue.
Soo and I were just talking the other day about being a Kelisa owner. Almost 5 years being one, we still can look at our car and smile (crazily) to ourselves. Kelisa rocks wei.

Commercial break

Just got off the phone with LaurenFooPuiYee who sounded as though she had just finished her crying session. Was told that Friend A and Friend B are together now wor. Then, she started laughing like how one would do to cover their tears. Her laughter got more serious and soon she was speaking gibberish cause I couldn’t catch a word she was saying. At one point I felt bad for laughing at her cause ppl crying maa I still can laugh. But in my own defence, she really did sound like some crazy woman lol. Finally, after that crazy woman was more composed, she said quite breathlessly,

“APRIL FOOLS!!!!!!!!!”

Very good! I just got fooled! 2 years straight by the residents of No **, TTS5! Still cannot beat last year one la. My friend wanted to commit suicide ok!

Anyway where was I? Marathon. Wah not easy lor cause there were steep hills in the middle of the route. However, the place was quite nice and cooling. And sponsor-sponsor sekalian, where was the 5km water station which was promised?!?!

 Photobucket
WE HAVE MADE IT WOOTS! BANGGA MOMENT!
Li Ping and Alfred rewarded me with dua keping pizza some more after that! Double woots!

Photobucket

Part of the group.
Definitely more marathons to come! In fact, I’ve signed up for my 2nd run this afternoon wee.

Random info: Pictures edited using the new-found-functions on photobucket. I don’t know why I chose to change the last picture to green also. But too bad la since I saved it over my original picture.

Next, gym!

I haven’t been going to gx classes ever since I signed up for that Melawati Run. Also, since the new release started sobs. That is because after running for whatever amount of km, my legs will tempang for 1-2 days.

That’s 3 weeks without classes. Actually I lied cause I managed to sneak in 2.5 classes of BodyJam in between.

Anyway, the very next day after the run, I went for back-to-back Jam and Combat! Love it love it! During Combat I kept smiling to myself hahahaha cause finally get to try the new release! But I think my techniques deteriorated cause Terence kept correcting me throughout the class, even for the simple moves.

Err, because of that, I’ve decided not to go to Johor wtf. I don’t want to sacrifice all these just yet. Also, because Cris won’t be in Johor anymore. So I’ve asked them if they could put me in Genting Highlands or Trolak instead. Wouldn’t mind Sungai Petani too cause it’s 55.7 km from my grandmother’s house in Penang, the land of cheap tasty food. The reply was: slim chance. So guess you’ll still be seeing me around Subang Jaya 🙂

On March 22nd, we, the residents of UEP Subang Jaya, namely, LoreYunKei, ChowShiuKao, AlwynKoayCheeHua and yours truly, kinda surprised ourselves by arriving at 7:45 in the morning for a motor treasure hunt we had signed up for (after the deadline).

That’s like 15 minutes before the designated time woohoo.

Since the gates weren’t open yet, we left our car keys with the super awesome committee members and went to hunt for food at the other side of the building where all the tents were located.

8:11 am.
The tracks I used to walk on once a year during Hari Sukan. Kinda miss marching cause that’s like the only thing we (Lynn, Soo and I) did during all 5 years in Pandu Puteri yang pastinya pasukan beruniform yang paling ‘vogue’ ketika berkawat.
Can’t remember which year but the 3 of us got shouted at by Puan Chong for marching so beautifully.
Oh and there was another year where we were required to wear mickey mouse gloves. Blessed with horrendous coordination of the team, those white gloves (which I’m still keeping) did a great job amplifying our faults. Nevertheless, I still think our uniform was one of the best around especially after it faded to a lighter shade of green 🙂

Sorry ya I’m in a very cheong hei mood today cause when you start waking up early, you suddenly realised you have loads of free time in hand. Can’t shop because the malls are still sleeping. Wanna watch tv also nothing interesting on.

Anyhow, each of us were given a goodie bag upon entering and filling up registration forms but no food was found cause everyone was still setting up their booths.

8:16 am
After walking (400+100)m, we went to pose with our car which was right smack in front of the line yeeehaa.

Go Team 16 yo! 31 teams competed.

8:26 am
Since neither Yun nor I want to give away our parking spot outside MPSJ, we decided to just walk across the street to get breakfast from the nearby petrol station.

In Malaysia, it’s a surprise if anything actually starts on time. We weren’t surprised.

Photobucket
8:46 am
We were required to be at the grand stand to be with the orang-orang besar. Some morning exercises (line dance, tai chi and wushu if I’m not mistaken) were being held at the tracks also.

Due to the noise level at the grand stand (what do you expect? it’s a carnival!), we then went to a hall instead for a quick briefing.

Photobucket
9:56 am
All 31 cars! Most of them came with their family. Then, there was the compulsory group photo before the start of the hunt.

Hannah Yeoh flagging us off. I got overexcited and all I can think of is to snap a picture of her. Then I was like wondering why wasn’t Alwyn making any attempt to drive.

*draw speech bubbles around those red shirts* “Hoi wind down your window la!”
I was too ignorant to notice the ‘tulips’ being handed out to me *shy*

Being first timers, we kinda underestimated the difficulty level of the treasure hunt. Thought we would only take 1 hour to complete it but omg we were at the first street (the one where Big Bookshop is located) for 30 minutes trying to figure out what the hell the questions were about.

Example; Q: Crazy twain with one of sauron’s minions, A: Winocrat. Then there was one about Marc’s wife lol. Hiyo we put Macy just because Macy sounded very Marc’s wife-ish.

There was also another motor treasure hunt going on at the same time, so Taipan area was really jammed. Not to say there weren’t enough jam to begin with.

On a special note, we all know that ShiuKao and I aren’t exactly the best of friends. However, the both of us worked relatively well together.

We also heard a lot about the ‘I told you so’ and ‘see don’t want to listen to me’ scenarios that happened in the other teams. But at the end of the day, we will think back and laugh at this small little arguments occurred throughout the entire process.

Guess this is what this treasure hunt is mostly about; bringing people together and, I quote, “To bring back those forgotten laughters”.

Anyway, towards the end, our brains went kinda cuckoo due to time limitation. Tembak all the way.

Q: Maxwell above our chairman. A: Eh that shop over there la! Got two floors! ABOVE what!
Q: Panicking, our friend ran. A: Eh that dentist over there cause people always panic when they see the dentist, no?

After 3 hours, we were still pretty far away from the check point. Alwyn drove over the bumps as though they weren’t even there. Yun struggled to rewrite the answers down in such condition which resulted to motion sickness. I had to run to the check point as fast as I could and managed to hand in before the disqualification time.

Time taken: 3 hours 14 minutes. 6 marks deducted. 2 more minutes and all our efforts will go down the drain phew.

We then proceeded to Lorong Seratus Tahun for lunch. Their chicken lobak and char kuey teow quite nice…but I didn’t finish their sago desert. It’s like a bunch of sago sticked together with coconut milk and brown sugar only. I have never tried anything like this before so I can’t make any comparison. At this point, Alwyn started stoning cause that poor guy didn’t sleep the night before. Yin Kong left MPSJ before we get to go back there dsh.

2:55 pm
In the morning, we were wondering why got people so cheapskate bring a test drive car to join. Later on, we found out that they were actually representatives from Proton, one of the sponsors.

At 3pm, the answers were given out and this was like the peak moment of the day. Everyone was just laughing away throughout the whole session. I would say 1/3 of the questions were pretty straight forward, the rest needed some time, brain and general knowledge while a few left us lost even after the answers were announced. It’s a family event so obviously they can’t make it that hard right?

Being the tembak kings and queens we are, we managed to get quite a number of rights. During lunch, “Eh I think we won’t even get top 13 la cause we are only sure of 13/30 questions…some more minus 6 points already”. Then throughout the answers session, “We better get something home wei. Maybe top 5 also can”.

4:00 pm
Tada!!!!!!!!!!!! 4th placing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That’s Mr BK Sim by the way, a super cool guy. Don’t know what’s his position though. Anyway, he was really really helpful. Cause the day before, I was 1 hour late for the briefing. So he took the effort to explain to me what the competition was about and showed me the starting point yada yada. During the hunt, he called us just to make sure we were doing ok and called back again to tell us that question 19 has been dropped. It was very nice of him cause he wasn’t obligated to do so. Furthermore, someone else was in charged of our group who did sms us too.

Also, thank you to Mr Lawyer (sorry I forgot your name) for taking the effort to come out with all the questions. We certainly had loads of fun thanks to you!

Cheers to our victory with Sarsi!

Shiu Kao was already looking forward to the next treasure hunt. He said anything less than RM50 per car please call him wor cause he needs to train up before going for the bigger hunts. His sister went for a hunt which costs RM400 per car.

All in all, we had fun and that’s all that matters.

Here’s to those that helped us to get the hamper 🙂
Kien Fei, for googling about Hamlet, Fab Four and Sauron.
Daddy, for confirming that Carole King does exist.
Soon Seng, for treasure number 2.
Sue Ann, for watching Friends. He’s an opthamologist.

Sincerely,
Yenli, resident of USJ 2.

Here’s an entry about the hunt by one of the contestants (Team no 8). Click here.

Oh well.

Because I need to channel my overdose of happiness.
A very good week indeed :)))))
Because I do not want to pay full attention to The Grudge 2 at the moment.
Japanese ghosts scare the shit out of me but Edison Chen is so irresistible :)))))
Because it is highly unlikely anyone would be interested in THIS.
Three hours ago; my latest happy moment :)))))

It has been two years back since I first went for Jeremy’s Body Step class.
I still remember waking up early every Sunday morning just for his 10:30am BS.
12th June 2007; my last time (or so I thought) attending his class.
Body Attack some more lol.
Only went for BA twice after I have changed gym cause it kills.

27.08.2006 Merdeka theme class
(curi from my Friendster which was much more personal as compared to Facebook)

Wokay enough of intro.

Anyway I was beyond shock when I heard his voice while waiting for the next Body Jam class. Like omfg…one of my favourite instructor from FF (alongside MC and Jimmy and maybe Jon Wong too just because he’s hot) is here!

The thing is, he has been there for quite some time. Even before I left for US cause I think I saw a Jeremy on the board but it just never crossed my mind that it would be him because he was (or maybe still is) Summit’s GXC which also translates to FF’s full-time employee. Furthermore, I don’t gym on weekdays anyway, with me being in Semenyih and all.

But now…

every Wednesday 9:05 pm at TF :))))

Sorryla now you know my motivation to actually exercise. Even the need to lose the pounds isn’t enough.
It’s like how I religiously attend Andy Chan’s class (and score for the module wee) although I ain’t exactly a fan of all these engineering thingy he was teaching. wtf I can’t remember what he taught me actually.
So this is how the whole exercising works too. Losing weight is just a bonus :))))

Like who the hell in real life will be interested enough to listen to all these right?
Ahh the purpose of a blog :)))))

The Grudge 2 just ended by the way.
Another no-ending-movie again dsh.

Now I need to go write an essay about my Work and Travel Programme.
Deadline on Friday.

Last night, we had a very special guest with us for dinner and movie 🙂
And it’s always nice to be able to click with your good friend’s boyfriend 😀 (although I knew him since form 3, but that isn’t the point)

Anyway, step up 2 was awesome!!! Super heart the final rain performance! Followed by the one in the train and then salsa. Just left me in a state of awe. <3333333333

As I was feeling so dancy after the movie, I decided to do para-para wtf, in the kitchen, at 2ish in the morning. What to do…I don’t know how to do streetdance ma.

I’m so not gonna upload the video.

A couple of days back, late lectures left me zooming back to PJ, just in time for a two-hour theme class in conjunction with Chap Goh Mei.

The programmes that were squeezed into in chronological order; RPM, Pump, Step, Wave, Combat, Jam, Attack, Balance and a challenge to wrap things up. Wave and Attack totally killed my legs.

Hands off the wave machine.

Ethan took quite a number of unflattering pictures of me in various stances during combat.
Like wtf was wrong with my fingers T_T
No wonder liping always say aku cacat saraf T___________T

Nevertheless, I’ve been chosen as the ‘best’ in Terence’s heart nyehnyehbubu. That will be for Combat by the way.
Maybe best entertainment kua since he always laugh at me when I do my upper cuts. Try doubling up the speed and you’ll look like one jogging in a weird immobile way.

Ending the entry ala Soon Seng’s style. Group picture.

p.s. sudden amount of free time due to non-existence of mahjong now. totally explains the spirit of blogging.

December, the month of Christmas.

Lit up Christmas lights, addictive Christmas songs and beautiful decoration set-ups (seriously, it’s like some sort of who-has-the-best-christmas-decors-competition between the major shopping malls); definitely hard not to get one into the festive mood.

As usual, christmas celebration kicks off early with a party in Nottingham.

Guess who’s back, back again?
Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Spice Girls Chocolate Sundae is back and rocking it harder than before~!
Technical stuff I may not know but boy was it an enjoyable performance.

We both left our beloved antlers behind.

I was pushed by Ren Yii to play a stupid game where you are supposed to dress up one of your team member as …

…a Christmas tree. Kohilan looks like a chicken to me though 😛

The dudes from Seafield came too.

We also have our very own sound & lighting masters.

The final group picture to end the night.

Next up are celebrations in the gym. Twice in Jaya33 and twice in Taipan.

Launch Day 1 at Jaya33. Since I went there straight from Semenyih and there weren’t any white/red/green sports clothing over there, I had to wear a pants which was threatening to burst during those lunges.

This is body pump. Only 4kgs *shy*.  The woman on my right had 15 kgs wei. We shall not even mention anything about the men.

I so can’t do combat. Tak macam fighter langsung dei. Just to let you know, I’ve changed my pants.

Launch Day 2. Alex and I. sweat = exercise *cough* Some more only 30 minutes of Jam class 🙂

Have yet to get pictures from the ones taken at Taipan. Shun and I went full gear with christmas colours and santa hats.

We also went Coffee Bean to (you’ll find out soon enough)…

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Moving on, Sunway.

Visit Malaysia 2007. KK and I fought and we stopped talking to each other ever since.

On Christmas Eve, we’ve decided to celebrate at (Alfred, help me out with this will ya?). RM69 to stuff ourselves silly. I don’t even know if it’s worth it or not. Buffets are like pay-to-suffer-thingy. Stupid weighing machine has to break down right now so I have no idea how much I’ve gained.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
While waiting for the rest. It hurts not being able to eat the food right in front of you.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
That’s the santa headgear I’ve bought to substitute my antlers!

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Timer power.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Choice of dessert: Anything with a cute figurine on top!

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Then, drown figurines one at a time to avoid unwanted attention.

Finally, nonchalantly throw it into the nearest bag and run.

We also had a mini gift-exchange session where we needed to guess who is the giver/sender.

Woots!!! We know each other so well that all managed to guess correctly!
p.s. I shall put full blame on the salesgirl in Mid Valley who was in charged of taking out the price tag before wrapping the gift. BleghX.

For saddist like us who still have a curfew to follow, we didn’t really have much choices for our countdown venue.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
On the way to our countdown destination which we have no idea off.

Ended up in good ol’ Summit. And surprisingly one of the bar there was packed to the brim. The other, Bar One was filled with uncles and aunties. So it’s Starbucks for the countdown.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Dividing the 10 figurines we’ve taken. This coming from a bunch of young adults.

At home,

The siblings and I entertained ourselves with our chosen-by-us-paid-by-parents-wrapped-by-us-presents hardeehar. It’s like wrapping random buys during the weekend and oh wow wee we have christmas gifts wtf.
Anyway, it’s because we have long stopped the tradition of exchanging gifts.
I still remember those days where I would sneak downstairs at night to take a peep at my pressies =x.
There was also once where my brother made me pissed so I just wrapped a bunch of stones collected from the street outside and yea, he cried the moment he saw it hohoho.
I’ve always loved cards ❤

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
All the way from UK from Lynn & Soo. I miss you both. It has been a long long time since the 6 of us went out together.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Here’s one from Mr Cheah. His creativity level just keeps increasing. Thank you (although you did not get me the things I’ve requested haha)

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Alfred with his headbands. Thanks for not knowing which brand I prefer. At least now I have two headbands 🙂
And your bear actually very pweety la 😉

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Souvenir from Aunty Yun who just came back from a holiday. But since it was given on Christmas Eve, shall just treat it as a Christmas gift as well.

A cup from my aunt.

Finally…

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Oh my oh my. Another FINALLY…Nike Shox Q’Vida with spinnable rubber which has a medial pivot point for turning (that’s what they say la). I’mma bring it out this Friday!!!

Happy New Year (since I’m late for Christmas and Boxing day) my dear kawan-kawan sekalian 😀

Joyce’s 21st Birthday @ Relish, KL (21st Nov)

Yups! As shown by the sub-title and picture, it was Mama Joyce’s birthday! One week ago only. So it still isn’t thaattt late to wish her Happy Belated Birthday now.

Although there were some unpredicted-not-so-very-happy-stuff came along the way, we managed to brave through all those shity emotional imbalance and have a blast at the party which was held in Relish, KL.

Being the usual procrastinators and indecisive bunch, we adjourned to KL slightly earlier to get Joyce’s present from Sungei Wang. And not to forget my beloved J.Co donuts from Pavillion ❤

That’s Joyce’s hair curler cum straightener Weng Hoe is holding. Oh somehow we managed to get lost in Sungei Wang and err end of story wtf. Don’t ask me why we were in a clothes shop.

It was my first time in Pavillion and there are actually affordable shops around. No pictures in J.Co because Sue Ann refused to layan me T_T.

Here’s one with the birthday girl. Faster go visit her blog! I’m just going to show you pictures from here onwards.

 Drinking session @ Quek’s Place (22nd Nov)

Since I was feeling a lil down that night, decided to down my sorrows till 7 in the morning. Luckily I’m one who can’t have a proper sleep after drinking if not I would have missed my meeting which was at 10am. Championnya aku! 🙂

Anyway it was just a small group which consists of Quek, Ren Yii, McKitt, Yao Bang, Weng Phoon, Heng Wen and yours truly. With at least 5 different types of alcohols and whole lot of reflex games, it was a night filled with ass-spanking, kisses, laughters and tears.

Oh, Quek and mckitt’s dogs were there too and they made me kiss one of their ass which actually smelt quite good wtf.
I’ve been told to not post up any pictures or videos so too bad. 😛

You Jing’s 21st Birthday (23rd Nov)

You Jing, my damn smart coursemate whom I only get to see outside Nottingham because he never goes for classes, held a birthday party in his parents’ shop located in TTDI.
I love house parties!

It’s You Jing we are talking about so it’s going to be weird without these around.

As you can see, I’m all covered up due to allergic reaction to alcohol from the night before. But KC still wouldn’t let me off the hook (correct usage ke?). Driving home didn’t seem to be a valid excuse too 😥

Can you see the huge ass cards? Love it.

Here are the Notts’ crew

Sending Lauren back to her car.

Next up was mahjong session.

There was this game where KC, You Jing and I were playing, and out of the sudden both YJ and mua miraculously have an extra tile each wtf. How can right? So drink we must *sulks*

Anyway, the next day KC explained to us how it happened and it was so funny how stupid we can be.  Apparently for my case, I accidentally took one of KC’s tile when I recollected my fallen tiles which I’ve pushed. So at the state both YJ and I were in, it was easy for him to steal another tile from the middle pile. As for YJ, he smartly took another tile after his pong.

See! I still can take nice pictures! And JJ is holding my car keys.

Here’s my ‘tai seong kong’ kaki. At least he managed to win some moolah on the poker table.

Paintball @ Hulu Kelang (24th Nov)

Here’s a tribute to my first time!

What made paintball even more fun were the location (get to play in woods k!) and the lack of safety guards.
However, it was nothing like what our UK friends have experienced.

Here’s our team. Against Quek’s sister’s team.

Before going into the real thing, we first played at some open area with random located air pillows thingamajig where we were separated into 3 teams.

Team A

Team B

Team C

With 6 people to a team, this one person did NOT kill 2 of his/her team members rofl =X
“yenli, damn bad lar you
why don’t cover up for your friend??
and who is “that person”. seems like she’s a very fun+nice+interesting person. lol”

The only party pooper who didn’t want paint on her face 😛

The whole group

Cheers to the end of our game! A very good one indeed!

Even got shot in the head. The pain lasted for few days k T_T
Have been showing off my bruises too because I’m so damn proud of it. Hahaha.

Before and after the game @ Steven’s Corner with our all time favourite roti cheese telur & teh ‘o’ ais limau.
Thanks to Lauren and I, everyone now *heart* roti cheese telur!
Even Daniel Faulkner said it’s nice!!!
