Yet another self-discovery!
I have some sort of eating disorder; comfort eating.
Like today, I was really bored and craving for ice-cream, ice-cream and more ice-creams.
Couple of days back, I was sad and gobbled down loads of bread on the dining table.
Now I know why I’ve gained 6 kgs at the beginning of my usa trip. Because it was the most depressing period and I was eating in response to emotions! Of course the love for cheese and chocolates didn’t help

I hate Monday and Tuesday because I’m usually very very free on these two days.
No warehouse sales, no parties, no new/watchable movie, no nice classes in the gym!
But it’s ok. Because it’s wednesday now and next week marks the beginning of the month of celebrations!

I haven’t been out on a shopping spree ever since I got home cause everything seems expensive or I just simply do not have the mood to shop.
(Actually, I’ve bought loads of fictional books which is so unlike me.)
Anyway, there will be quite a number of warehouse sales happening this week/next month! Not to mention mega sales! So, there’s still hope!
